Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Last week, I saw a friend on Facebook share a recipe for a Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake and I couldn't resist trying it myself. I have no idea where the original recipe is from, although, I changed it a little and truly think I improved an already delicious shake. So, below is my version. Enjoy!!



Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
4 shakes of pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
1 Tbsp honey

Directions:
Pour all ingredients into blender. Add ice and blend. Top with pumpkin pie spice.
